WOW!!! Collaboration Comfort and Joy helped 541 children in Lee County experience the comfort and joy of the holidays in 2025.   This is a new record for us.  Our children were adopted through Operation Christmas Blessing – Lee County and the Dunbar community.   Lisa, Jolynn, and I cannot thank all our donors and sponsors enough for your generosity.   Without you we could not have overachieved our goal on the number of children we were able to help.

Now it is time for us to focus on 2026.  

​

With all that is happening in the US and the world, 2026 is going to be a challenging year for many families.   As a result, we are starting our fundraising early this year again.

​

So, what is in plan for 2026?  First, we are opening our cash donation link early.  This year we will be hosting two events – Christmas in July and the Musician’s Christmas Party.

​

The Christmas in July event this year will be at the Nauti Parrot Oasis.  This year’s theme will be A Christmas Beach Party.  We will have raffles, 50/50 and a costume contest as well.   More to come shortly on that.

The Musician’s Christmas Party will be in December and will also be held at the Nauti Parrot Oasis.  More to come on that later.

I want to thank you all again for all that you do to help us achieve our goals.   We believe that every child deserves to experience the comfort and joy of the holidays, and we remain committed to making that happen.  Now lets kick off 2026 with a bang!
